There will be a candlelight vigil to end gun violence at 5 PM, 7th Street Park in Hudson. Please come if you can.

Thanks for this Tom. Got out of work at 4:30 today, then home to have birthday cake with mom. She is 92 today. Why does a schoolteacher in Conn. own 4 guns? And why aren’t they locked up so that an obviously deranged kid can’t get ahold of them? Does the right to bear arms outweigh the right to personal safety in public places (including the woods, by the way.) I dunno, call me a radical, but I wouldn’t mind if we turned ‘em all into plowshares. a
